Silver Siren

Silver Siren by Bad Penny-A horroresque plot meets Ira Levin’s Stepford Wives in this new story from Bad Penny.  I like the gradual, subtle, changes to the protagonist and those around her.  We’re in for a nice, slow, burn in this story.  The female domme aspect near the end was a different twist, but didn’t really take away from what had been established already.  More soon?

Brainwash & Set

I have been a fan of Prime Mover’s graphical stories for awhile now, but I think Brainwash & Set is his best work yet. Brainwash & Set is a, as he terms it, “housewifeication” story where a career women is turned into a bubble brained Stepford Wife style homemaker. Levin’s novel is clearly a big influence as are other themes from the EMCSA. Narrative wise, I think this is his best work yet. It is subtle and the slow burn of the protagonist’s transformation is well done.

There were other plot choices I enjoyed as well, but I don’t want to spoil the story. I would love to see more stories in this universe.

Story Review: The Neighborhood

The Neighborhood by preppyjbd-I have to give credit to The Neighborhood for being a little different. A preppy fetish? Not my thing, but a little different. Back when this was written, a lot of reviewers said it reminded them of The Stepford Wives, but I don’t really see it. It does remind me of this movie Perfect Little Angels from a bunch of years ago that was a family friendly parody of Levin, or maybe Disturbing Behavior, I guess.
