I finished another chapter of Anal Princesses recently, however, I think I am going to hold off on submitting it to Simon.  In the future, I believe I will submit completed stories only.  When I first began writing for the EMCSA, I got a lot of feedback between chapters which helped me to shape and write my work.  Nowadays, feedback is minimal, at best, which does not assist in my writing.  Therefore, I think I will wait until I complete stories before they are submitted.
