Part Of The Plan by mesmeri-I guess I missed this one when it first showed up in the archive last summer, but I really enjoyed it.  Two female superheros are slowly reprogrammed by an evil mind controller.  A lot of D/s and BDSM themes throughout.  This is well written and very lively.  I am pretty sure this is part of a larger universe, so I hope to see more soon.
